Cute Shoe, poor heel construction

I had just added this shoe to my cart when I decided to go back and read the reviews. I was reminded by one review that I too had previously purchased this shoe and the heel broke within only a couple of wears. For such a basic, everyday pump, Nine West really needs to ensure their products are well constructed. I am not one to repurchase a product just because it's "cute", but poorly made.

Poorly made

I'm embarrassed to say that I have owned two pairs of this shoe. I bought the first pair Oct 2018 and absolutely loved everything about them- that is until the heel broke on the right shoe. I figured it was my fault since I wore them while driving to work everyday so I must have put extra strain on them. No problem, I'll just buy a new pair and not drive in them. I haven't had the new pair for a full month before the same thing happened! This is totally unacceptable. It's safe to say that i will not be buying a third pair.

Hard Leather

The reviews stated that the Tatiana pump was soft and flexible. That was not the experience I had just with trying them on. they hurt my feet, had to return them after 3 hours of wear.

Great work shoe

Love love these shoes! I can run or walk in these shoes. I use them for work and out of work they go great with everything. I won’t deny it they did give me a blister at first but once I broke them in it was all worth it.

Best Black Pump EVER!

I purchased this shoe over two years ago and i'm ordering a new pair (I stepped in a crack in the sidewalk aaaaaand the shoe got stuck and the leather was scraped). this is a must have shoe for someone who needs comfort and style. I can literally wear this shoe all day and not need new feet at the end of the day. I have a funny foot, it's short with a high instep. im usually a 9 and the 9 fit perfectly.
